Beach Yoga

We start each session with a guided mindfulness meditation, followed by your yoga sequence and a relaxation meditation at the end. 

The sessions are deeply relaxing and nourishing, helping you get back in tune with your body.

Located in Seaford at Kokoro Wellbeing Studio.
